COMPUTER MAGIC :@
The Savanna sky
Central Inteligance Agency is now operational.

It is amazing what technoligy can do! From super dopper hybrid ultra sonic global tri band satalite monetering sytems, to tiny helicopters that can fly around the room couriering tiny post it's sweets and other bits an peices to you're friends and family, Yes this computer magic dos'nt cease to amaze me.

And from what i have seen and learnt in the last couple of months we are only at the tip of the iceberg of what could be acheived, In fact think of the technoligy we see, know about and use everyday, from mobiles phones p.c.'s, televisions, even cars, to huge concert rigging lighting and sound systems that produce a loader sound than that of a space shuttle taking of , less than 100 years ago we had none of these things and now like magic you can send an electronic picture, video clip, or message through the air with startleing ease.

And just think of the stuff we do'nt know about, they estimate that the government has access to technoligy 30 years more advanced than that that is on the market today, and just think what we have yet to invent.

It is easy to get complaicent and become dependent on such things though and quite worrying to think of the effect it would have on us if there were giant failures in the computer systems that control alot of the things we do take for granted.

And as useual there 2 sides to every story, and for every positive use for technoligy we have, there are always plenty of negatives creeping up behind to abuse it for destructive and damageing purposes. So lets just have faith
that it won't get to out of hand and hope that we can maintain a balance between the positive tool that technoligy can be and the useless destruction it can easly bring in the wrong hands.

The new demo is ready aswell by the way :) so watch this space for more info.

THE QUEENS SESSIONS...

The band have been up at Queens recently doing some recording in the harty room at the school of music and sonic arts section of the university... Big thanks to Chris for his help (and his patients) on the recordings as we were there there until 2 oclock in the morning finishing of guitar parts, good times though ...

The most recent track in the bands repitoire is called NEW DAY... We are looking forward to getting it finished and to seeing what Chris can do with what we have recorded so far... So keep an eye on the news page for progress on what technically could be called the Queens sessions... iy'e.

CRAZY BELFAST NIGHTS...

BELFAST NEWS... It is a good time for Belfast at the moment, there is a lot going on in and around the City, what with new buildings poping up everywhere you look, and new community projects such as the cathedral quarter, titanic quarter and custom house square provideing a much welcomed culture boost Belfasts future is looking good.
Not forgeting also the not so new projects like the lagan lookout,  the renovotion of saint Georges market and perhaps most importantly of all the odessy arena, attracting bigger and better act's to our shore's more so than ever before.

Over the last 10 years Belfast has really started to grow, they are also planning to build a new 30 million pound ferry terminal in the near future... Even the airport has a new name, after the late great Geordie best (I tell yea).

Yes Belfast at the moment is getting it's self together nicely...Mmm pleased to say am i also, so is its music scene.

Over the past few years more and more great bands have been coming to the fore in the provence, aside from the lack of decent practice areas and venues to showcase local talent a lot seems to be happening on the music scene in Belfast... Hopefully this trend will continue and posativity will Reign supreme...

The politicians here have been having a old yarn aswell about how best to run things over here... mmm politicaly fractured world future i can see ... Lets hope anyway that both sides can see sense and focus on the important issues like the people and improving there ammenities and community spirit and not the secterian ideals that have darkrned life in the provence for a long time...

Belfasts silver lining is upon us, change is good and with new growth and new opportunitys Belfast is on the move.
